Good morning,
I want to hear from you and your feedback on Preamble so far. As you would have all seen the announcement Preamble will also begin to cover the African startup scene this July. After designing the first visual on the topic (to be released) I realised how I am also learning a lot about the African continent as I gather the research.

Chappies Bubble gum Brief
Iβve been researching new media companies from the African continent. I noticed the South African based new media companyβs success were led by podcasters and founded by already established media personalities. While Nigeria based new media companies were mostly U.S. based and had strong pre-seed funding. They all had one thing in common: a strong focus on entertainment and events. I am also fascinated by the American model that backs creators through funding them like startups.
